Shipping
Most order will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt, however
this can be delayed due to stock status or your payment status.
We will not ship the package out until payment is received in full.
We will ship via Postal Priority or Express(EMS) depending on products,
unless otherwise specified.
Normal deliveries take 5 to 7 business days depending on the country
in which you reside.
We calculate the shipping charge based on total weight combined.
If we have to make separate packages, you'll be notified by email
before shipping.
The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that
may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
We are unable to offer a collection(COD) service.
All items are carefully checked for quality before leaving our warehouse.
If you have a complaint about a product, let us know immediately.
We will discuss the nature of the complaint and settle the claim
as we see fit. We may request photo or other proof.
Insurance
All boxes carry insurance for the full value, unless you give us
instructions to the contrary.
If you receive damaged items, please email us immediately at sales@maxmcdirect.com
so we can initiate the prompt process.
Always keep the shipping cartons until your claim has been settled
by the shipper.
Disposing of cartons prior to filling a shipping damage claim may
limit your ability to receive reimbursement or replacement of those
items.
If the package is lost by the shipper, the process will take a minimum
of 30 days before we are able to make a decision due to postal regulations
on the filing of lost package claims.
Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once your package
has been sent.
You can start tracking the package within 24 to 48 hours.
Duty and Taxes
We cannot predict what these charges are and you should request
for that information with the relevant government agencies concerned.
In our experience, most shipments to the US, do not have to pay
any duty, however for shipments to the EU, Australia, New Zealand,
Canada, there may be duty to pay.
